Discipleship

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that i commanded you; and lo, i am with you always, even to the end of the age"
Matthew 28:19-20; NASB

One of our fundamental values as church is discipleship. Jesus called us all to go and make disciples, and we believe that our responsibility as a church is to fulfill that commission. For many who believe, their conversion is their defining moment but the fact is that conversion on its own is not discipleship, the journey doesn't begin and end with a commitment. Jesus wants us to have life to the full, in abundance and he gave us instruction and a manual in order to achieve that. For many of us to get close to what Jesus wants us to be will take a lifetime of discipleship, of learning and of following Him. in church we aim to disciple people through preaching, teaching and the house groups that run on a weekly basis. Following Jesus is the greatest adventure of life and the most fulfilling journey anyone can experience; true discipleship enables the believer to explore further and to dig deeper in regards to the life Jesus wants them to have and to lead.
